About the Role:

We’re looking for someone versatile and entrepreneurial, who is excited at the prospect of developing a high-growth AI venture; an imaginative tinkerer who thrives wearing multiple hats and seeks out adventurous challenges. Someone who can tackle problems across a variety of roles: from strategic growth initiatives, product design and business development, to analytics, project management and operations. As part of the role, you will learn about all areas of the business and will be expected to contribute in every area, as we all do. Working alongside the founding team, you will have a lot of responsibility and ownership from day one, and will experience firsthand what it takes to scale up an AI startup. You will receive regular mentoring from different members of the team to make your experience at Disperse the best it can be.

  • You have 1-3 years of work experience in a business development or operations role at a high-growth startup, or equivalent.
  • You have an excellent track record of academic achievement.
  • You're eligible to work in the UK. No visa sponsorship is available for this position.

Useful but not essential:

  • Fluent in another language.
  • Previous experience in a startup environment.
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of software development.
