Type: Graduate

At Twenty we are developing the business leaders of the future and we have the desire and opportunities for talented people to fly through the ranks. Check us out and you will realise that this is not an empty statement. If you are looking for a large corporate environment, where you are just a number running with the rest of the herd, where time spent matters, then apply to one of the old established boring big boys!

Twenty is a privately owned recruitment business employing over 70 Consultants across London and New York. Having previously built and sold one of the UK's most successful recruitment businesses, the founders started Twenty to bring a fresh approach to the industry. Launched in 2009 the business has attracted top talent from a variety of firms including listed companies and SMEs, as well as through our own Consultant Academy. As a result, the business has a very good balance between youth and experience. Our number one priority is focused on our assets - namely our people. Whilst the interview process can be quite thorough, it does ensure that we only extend offers to people who will live the values of the firm.

Unlike most firms, the CEO and MD hot desk on the sales floor with the rest of the business and are integral in the business development and staff training with employees of all levels. In London we are based in a state of the art open plan office in the heart of the City (right by Bank Station). In New York we have just moved into a brand new 7000 square foot office in mid-town Manhattan, opposite the Chrysler Building (2 minutes' walk from Grand Central Station).Twenty offers a Market leading commission scheme. In addition, there are a number of incentives including annual ski trip, summer trip, lunch club and an all employee monthly social event paid for by the business. After one year you will be eligible to join (for free) the company's shareholder scheme.
