The social programme is a mix of social, cultural and international events. Activities may for instance include guided tours of world-famous museums like the Albertina or a visit to a traditional Viennese Heuriger where students can experience the unique atmosphere of a typical Austrian wine tavern.

Students will be allocated individual rooms at the OeAD Guest House Gasgasse by Wirtschafts University. Breakfast and lunch (Monday to Friday) will be included but evening and weekend meals will be extra.

Applicants interested in participating in the International Summer University WU need an excellent command of the English language and will need to send proof of their English language skills.

Students from a non-European country will need to apply for a Schengen visa. Help, support and advice will be given on how to apply for the visa. Further details can be found here.
