Professional memberships

Many of our programmes carry additional accreditations from world-leading professional bodies. During your course, you will have access to a range of information to help advise you on which modules to select, depending on your career aspirations. You can also attend the Professional Association Awareness week in October.

Professional Association Awareness week

Professional Association Awareness week takes place during the first semester at the Management School. It is an opportunity for students to find out about which professional memberships and exemptions are available in their field of interest, and also in relation to the programme you are studying.

This year the week took place between 17th to the 21st of October, and included sessions from:

  • Chartered Management Institute (CMI)
  • Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)
  • British Psychological Society (BPS)
  • Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales (ICAEW)
  • Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)
  • and the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS)
